Automotive Electronics Hardware Leadership Position

Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Automotive Electronics Hardware Director to lead the technical delivery of automotive electronics hardware for global vehicle OEMs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute electrical design strategies to meet customer specifications and industry standards
- Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing high-speed memory, LVDS, FPD Link-III circuitry, and other complex electronic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards
- Conduct worst-case analysis and simulations to validate product performance and reliability
- Maintain and improve existing electrical design processes and documentation
Requirements
To be successful as an Automotive Electronics Hardware Director, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design leadership
- Proven track record of delivering complex electronic products on time and within budget
- Strong technical knowledge of microprocessors, digital signal processing, audio and video signals, power supplies, and EMC testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with international teams
- Lab equipment experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters
