Senior Mechanical Engineer Leader

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer Leader, you will lead and mentor a team of experienced engineers to achieve exceptional results in the design and development of mechanical components for Water, Effluent and Sewage treatment projects.

You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and resource allocation of engineering deliverables. Additionally, you will collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the proper integration of mechanical systems and review and validate design deliverables.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have experience working on similar projects and be able to lead continuous improvement initiatives in team productivity and skill sets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced Mechanical Engineers
  • Plan, execute, and allocate resources for engineering deliverables
  • Collaborate with other disciplines for proper integration of mechanical systems
  • Review and validate design deliverables
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in team productivity and skill sets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in Water, Effluent and Sewage treatment projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced engineers
  • Experience working on similar projects and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
