Strategy and Policy Lead

Job Description:

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to develop and articulate policy positions across various ecosystems.

  • Develop compelling arguments in both technical and non-technical language to influence key stakeholders.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends to provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to drive business goals alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of India's telecom, digital, and data policy landscape, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong policy, legal, and regulatory acumen in telecom and digital industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to create compelling arguments in both technical and non-technical language.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in policy, research, or a related strategic function, preferably in telecom, digital, or technology-driven sectors.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred).
