Job Opportunity: Transition & Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Transition & Transformation Specialist to lead the migration of finance processes into a shared services model for our client, a leading global industrial machinery manufacturer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end transition of finance functions into shared services and implementing change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

About the Role:

The Transition & Transformation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Leading the transition of finance functions into shared services
  • Implementing change initiatives and risk management strategies
  • Developing and executing project plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
