**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to process various types of financial transactions, including data entry of vendor invoices and expense reports. You will also assist with account reconciliation and provide support to the accounting team as needed.

You will be responsible for preparing and posting month-end close journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and mortgage entries. Additionally, you will analyze cash amounts received in bank deposits and apply them against tenant accounts.

You will also be responsible for understanding and complying with all financial policies and procedures, monitoring and enforcing compliance by all employees involved in the financial process.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong finance background, possess analytical skills with attention to detail, logical thinking, and a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly. You must also have impactful communication and interpersonal skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Commerce Graduate degree with a strong Finance and Accounts background
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and logical thinking

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
