ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role

This position involves designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Creating ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows tailored to business requirements.
  • Implementation: Executing and supporting ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge management.
  • Integration: Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID servers and other tools.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Documentation: Developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing information from ITSM tools and suggesting improvements.
