Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Zonal Credit Strategist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical inputs for the formulation of credit strategies, managing teams, and developing procedures for business excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing critical inputs for credit strategies
  • Managing and leading teams for credit process operations
  • Developing procedures and service standards for business excellence
  • Credit appraisal underwriting of loan files
  • Meeting with applicants to obtain information for loan applications
  • Handling complete credit & backend process at zonal level
Key Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven abilities in training & development, relationship management, and planning
  • Proficiency in Advance suite system
