Key Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in protecting organizational infrastructure from cyber threats as a Cyber Security Specialist. Your duties will include:

  • Configuring, monitoring and managing network performance to maintain high service quality while ensuring the security of our infrastructure.
  • Assessing, predicting, preventing and managing IT infrastructure and data risk to help our customers stay ahead of potential threats.
  • Developing and implementing robust security policies and procedures, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution.
Innovation and Data Analysis

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in Cyber Security data science. This involves analyzing gathered data to identify patterns and areas for improvement, creating new ideas in risk management and quantification.

Raising Awareness of Cyber Threats

One of your key responsibilities will be to raise awareness of potential cyber threats through technical training on best practices. This will involve shaping the security culture within our clients' organizations and making a tangible impact on their security posture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in GRC frameworks such as enterprise risk management, internal audit or regulatory compliance management.
  • Working knowledge of common audit and compliance tools.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls and implementing them within a security management cycle.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CERA, CISM, CISA or CISSP.
  • Statistical analysis skills and familiarity with models.
  • Basic understanding of network, compute and cloud computing concepts.
