Accounting Specialist (U.S. Night Shift)

Location: Worldwide

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in a US night shift role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Generating and sending invoices to customers in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards.
  2. Monitoring accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  3. Reconciling discrepancies, resolving billing issues, communicating effectively with customers regarding payments.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of all A/R transactions.
  5. Analyzing financial data, including the ability to gather and organize information.
  6. Proficiently using invoicing and accounting software.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Reviewing and verifying invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  9. Preparing and processing payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules.
  10. Reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  11. Demonstrating attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Possessing strong organizational and time management skills.
  13. Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  14. Preparing financial reports and assisting in financial analysis as required.
  15. Collaborating with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
  16. Staying updated on U.S. GAAP regulations and ensuring compliance in all accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
