Corporate Business Development Manager

As a Corporate Sales Specialist at Gamut HR Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth through various marketing strategies. Your role will involve tie-ups with corporates and listing our products. You will need to approach clients via LinkedIn, provide them with business and tie-up proposals, and ensure that at least two deals are fixed per month. Additionally, you will create strategies to innovate offerings, campaigns, and deals to drive sales. You will also promote Gamut HR Solutions in corporates and create coupon generations and cross-promotions. This role requires you to develop new initiatives, build new channels, and reconnect with existing clients. You will also be responsible for client management, which involves visiting companies, meeting HR and Admin departments, offering special discounts, and providing special packages to corporates.
