Job Title: Operational Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as an Operational Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients in various industries, helping them achieve operational excellence and rapid efficiency improvements.

As an experienced problem solver, you will lead analysis on process capacity, bottleneck identification, waste reduction, and KPI creation, among other key areas. Your responsibilities will include serving as project leader, driving change, and transforming manufacturing processes for better productivity and efficiency.

Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in high-performance manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing changes to increase efficiency
  • Develop and implement process maps, workflows, and related documentation to ensure effective communication and execution
  • Analyze production data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve overall performance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-performance manufacturing, preferably in a leadership or consulting role
  • Strong understanding of lean principles, including process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Background in Lean Six Sigma, management consulting, or turnaround and restructurings is highly desirable
