Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant with strong experience in accounting software to handle day-to-day financial data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tax calculations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily financial transactions in our accounting software
  • Record all purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries
  • Maintain ledgers, bills, and supporting documents properly
  • Assist in tax input/output calculations and entries
  • Prepare basic reports and assist in monthly closing
  • Ensure accuracy and timely data entry of all financial transactions
  • Support in reconciliations and other accounting tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CA, CMA) is an asset
