Creative Visual Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visuals for digital platforms, assisting in design execution, and supporting asset development. They will also learn brand guidelines, participate in brainstorming sessions, and collaborate cross-functionally with the social media and marketing teams.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, and will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva, or other design tools. They will also have a solid understanding of visual balance, typography, and color theory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create visuals for digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers.
- Support in Asset Development: Help design social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads.
- Learn Brand Guidelines: Understand and apply client-specific brand elements consistently.
- Participate in Brainstorms: Contribute creative ideas in internal design and campaign planning meetings.
- Organize Design Files: Maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work with social media and marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
