We are seeking a highly skilled Heat Treatment Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Heat Treatment Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing heat treatment processes for various materials. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in heat treatment. The job location is in India and the employment type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design heat treatment processes for various materials, including metals and alloys
  • Implement heat treatment processes in accordance with industry standards and specifications
  • Operate heat treatment equipment and monitor process parameters
  • Perform post-treatment inspections and quality checks to ensure proper heat treatment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deviations in the heat treatment process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize heat treatment processes
  • Maintain relevant documentation and records related to heat treatment processes

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in heat treatment
  • In-depth knowledge of heat treatment techniques and principles
  • Experience with equipment such as heat treatment furnaces, quench tanks, and induction heaters
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting materials specifications and engineering drawings
  • Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and material behavior
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
