Job Title: Reservation Associate

At RJ Hospitality Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reservation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless reservation experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Verify and confirm reservation details, including dates, room types, and special requests.
  • Process payments and provide accurate billing information.
  • Modify and cancel reservations as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive company image.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Hilton, Marriott, or IHG is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in USA timing (evening shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) is a requirement.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of various reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially fluency in relevant languages).
