Dynamics CRM365 is an industry-leading customer relationship management solution. As a CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

Responsibilities include coordinating with development teams to provide better understanding of business user needs and resolving queries related to requirements.

  • Document business requirements, review them with business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance.
  • Work on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements.
  • Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios with business users.

A successful candidate will have minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant and minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015.

Required skills include familiarity with MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules, SSRS reporting services experience, and good communication skills.
