Senior Art Director Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.

About the Role:

As a Senior Art Director, you will oversee the entire creative output of our agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design. You will collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, and 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding is preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma) is required.
