We're seeking an accomplished creative leader to spearhead our design function and define the visual identity of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented in-house design team.
- Develop and refine our distinctive design aesthetic: modern, minimalist, and elevated.
- Conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns across social media, website, packaging, and events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the brand team to translate campaign objectives into impactful visuals.
- Pursue innovative storytelling through visuals, motion, and immersive experiences.
- 4–5 years of experience in design/creative strategy (D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing art-led, modern, and minimal design.
- Proven track record of leading creative teams with attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple formats: digital, video, experiential, packaging.
- Exceptional storytelling ability – translating brand values into design language.
