Performance Marketing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing expert to lead our high-impact campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licensing and scaling ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Managing performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborating with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Analyzing campaigns, uncovering insights, and recommending next steps.
  • Exploring new paid channels (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • A smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • Ai-driven mindset – comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance – able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
