Technical Lead for Oracle ERP

The successful candidate will lead technical teams in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP systems. They will be responsible for creating detailed solution designs, coordinating construction and testing of IT systems, and identifying and resolving system technical issues.

  • Develop and manage technical specifications from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the application or infrastructure.
  • Assist in technical analysis of potential solutions, evaluating their technical fit and viability.
  • Deliver solutions that meet standards and leverage re-use of components.
  • Design and develop high-level and detailed infrastructure or application designs that meet architecture, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
  • Work closely with IT technical service providers to ensure outsourced work packages are delivered to specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS enhancements or support projects.
  • Responsible for configuring, customizing, reports, and interfaces, testing and user training.
  • Ability to develop test scenarios and test scripts in impacted solutions to facilitate integrated testing.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, offering guidance and knowledge transfer.
