Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Developer to join our team. This role involves providing technical expertise and support services on the Oracle ERP cloud platform and EPM.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to design and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day production support and period close support.
  • Perform system technical design and development work creating conversions, integrations, and reports using tools like FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, Reporting studio, BI Publisher, SmartView, OTBI, and Web Services.
  • Create and support extensions.
  • Prepare detailed specifications, write, design, code, test, and debug complex programs.
  • Perform technical reviews to maintain consistent technical direction and minimize system impact on projects.
  • Engage others with related code/products to understand root cause, ripple effects, and an integrated solution.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and stable code for complex application logic.
  • Work in an agile development environment with quick turnaround time and iterative builds.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical position developing customizations and reporting (FRS, BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView) on Oracle ERP cloud platform (SAAS).
  • An excellent understanding of integrating fusion applications with external systems using various integration options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform.
  • Technical experience in Oracle financials, with a broad understanding of at least four modules from General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Asset (FA), Project Accounting (PA), Expenses, Subscription Management, Revenue Management (RMCS), Procurement, and EPM.
  • Strong technical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports.
  • Strong expertise with Oracle SQL, PL SQL, and the use of Oracle ERP Cloud delivered Web Services. Experience with creating custom applications in JCS and integrating with Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Functional concepts and understanding of financial modules in Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • The ability to understand requirements and efficiently convert them into functional and technical documents. The ability to communicate the requirements and technical code as needed.
  • Experience in data loading/conversions using File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
  • Experience with capturing business and systems requirements and analysis, preparing technical specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, and training.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
