We are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished finance professional to join our Finance team as a key member.

As a Financial Manager, you will collaborate closely with Senior Management to define and execute our financial strategy, ensuring long-term success and stability.

You will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure efficiency and accuracy, and create strategic financial plans to drive growth and financial health.

  • Manage company financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in multiple countries.
  • Supervise AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance operations.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assist in budget preparation at organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management with detailed explanations.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including payroll partners, banks, legal advisors, and government offices.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in finance roles within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP and global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
