Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Professional to lead our team in the Semiconductor industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review incoming procurement requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client policies.
  2. Resolve missing or unclear information with requestors, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  3. Transform validated requisitions into purchase orders using the client's ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
  4. Verify all required data fields (e.g., vendor details, item descriptions, pricing, GL codes) are accurately populated.
  5. Monitor open orders and ensure timely order acknowledgments and delivery confirmations from suppliers.
  6. Collaborate with vendors to resolve delivery delays or issues.
  7. Leverage Oracle Fusion ERP for transaction processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
  8. Provide expert guidance and support training and onboarding of team members.
  9. Maintain accurate trackers and reports on procurement activity, cycle times, and other agreed KPIs.

Applicants should possess relevant experience in Procure to Pay and a strong understanding of PR and PO lifecycle processes, as well as procurement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
