About Water Purification Systems

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the engineering and design of water purification systems. This role offers full lifecycle responsibility, from conceptual engineering and system design to procurement, assembly partner coordination, installation, and operations & maintenance.

This position requires strong expertise in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and delivering water or process systems at scale.

The successful candidate will oversee the engineering and design of water purification systems, ensuring compliance with local conditions, regulatory requirements, and performance targets. They will also develop detailed system plans, P&IDs, layouts, and process workflows, with input from headquarters.

In addition to technical skills, this role requires excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills. The ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the engineering and design of water purification systems.
  2. Developing detailed system plans, P&IDs, layouts, and process workflows.
  3. Overseeing procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination.
  4. Supervising installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems to operations teams or clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale.
  • Strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes.
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers, fabrication partners, and field installation teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
