Senior Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description:
- Lead the implementation of data conversion projects, overseeing a team to deliver project objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with client operations and executive teams to confirm business requirements and align them to technical specifications.
- Facilitate the accurate and timely integration mapping of client data from source systems to our industry-leading platform.
- Apply and stay within the requirements of project governance, standards, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in performing rapid assessments and distilling key themes as early as possible in an assessment process.
- Strong knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies for large-scale data conversions, integrations, and/or migrations.
- Utilize data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.
- Strong SQL scripting experience.
- A track record of building and maintaining relationships with leaders, both internally and externally.
