Job Summary:

As a skilled professional in financial data analysis, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information from various sectors, systematic control and logging of transactions, processing journal entries, and maintaining hierarchies in the general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial transaction analysis, including systematic control and logging
  • Processing journal entries, accounting transactions into the general ledger, and financial data collection and reconciliation
  • Maintaining and updating hierarchies in the general ledger and managing cost centers
  • Physical records management and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes
  • Preparing financial reports and analyses, as well as monitoring periodic revenue and expenses
  • Tracking purchase orders and invoices, posting bank statements daily, and preparing and posting journal entries
  • Performing month-end close activities, generating bank reconciliations, and preparing cash flow statements
  • Reviewing balance sheets and ensuring quarterly inter-company processes meet threshold limits
  • Managing addition/disposal/retirement requests for fixed assets, preparing statutory analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Creating budgets and forecasts based on client policies and providing variance analysis

Requirements:

Expertise in end-to-end record-to-report processes, with good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
