About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial records, preparing financial statements, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and general ledgers;
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including US GAAP and IGAAP;
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts;
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting and finance;
  • Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business;
  • Proven experience in MNC environment and knowledge of Finance and Accounting in other markets. MIS and Financial reporting;
  • Experience managing the month end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less
  • Knowledge/ experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
