Instructional Designer Job Description

This role involves creating engaging learning experiences for employees through game-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and be able to design interactive gamified experiences that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing gamified learning solutions for employee engagement.
  • Collaborating with clients to customize content based on their learning needs analysis.
  • Authoring content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations.
  • Writing scenarios, cases, and scripts for immersive learning experiences.
  • Designing board games and virtual games for learning.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Capacity to write, edit, and proof-read quality content for various mediums.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design, or Communication.
