Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Inventory Manager.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting banking device procurement, import, and warehousing management.

This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Assess user requirements and evaluate various products/services available in the market.
  3. Compare goods/services with industry trends to determine suitable pricing.
  4. Fully manage vendor selection and cost through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, considering user needs and techno-commercial evaluations.
  5. Support User and Legal functions in contract execution from a Supply Chain Management perspective.
  6. Oversee end-to-end activities related to Warehousing & Inventory Control Management for all banking products/devices.
  7. Coordinate with relevant user functions regularly to understand their needs/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product through proper planning and ordering management.
  8. Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control and maintain a tracker/repository.
  9. Pursue cost savings through contract negotiations with partners/agencies.
  10. Evaluate the need for agreements (as per contracting guidelines) well in advance and ensure timely renewal before expiration.
  11. Manage imports shipments from start to finish, including regular coordination with foreign partners, freight forwarders, Customs brokers, and customs departments to arrange materials on time, according to user requirements.
  12. Engage with user functions to comprehend their needs and resolve pain points associated with purchases, warehousing, and imports.
  13. Collaborate with Operations to guarantee timely issuance of vendor Purchase Orders and payments.
  14. Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect inventory reports daily.
  15. Prepare and publish inventory reports for all products daily.
  16. Support data analysis for monthly procurement reports preparation.
  17. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products.
  18. Manage vendor partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely product/service delivery.
