Technical Project Manager Position

Drive business growth and client success as a Technical Project Manager III. Lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.

You will identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.

Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve.
  • Good understanding of technology infrastructure (distributed and cloud), and cost management.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations.
  • Hands-on attitude with focus on excelling on assigned objectives and being results driven.
  • Reliable, assertive, and having an independent work attitude.
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
