About This Role

As a key member of our team, you'll bridge engineering expertise with customer engagement to ensure successful application of our bioprocess equipment and solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes showcasing our bioprocess capabilities.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements to optimize performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions to support business growth and client needs.
