Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Press Tool Design Engineer to join our team at Roto Flux. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal die design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop 3D and 2D die designs for automotive BIW and structural parts.

  2. Utilize UG NX and other 3D software to create detailed and assembly-ready designs.

  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet customer standards and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in 3D die design using UG NX and other 3D software.

  • Proficiency in UG NX Solid and Surface Modeling (Catia will be accepted for exceptional candidates).

  • Familiarity with die sequences and methods plans.

  • Knowledge of part drawings, GD&T, and operation.

  • Preferrably hold a diploma in NTTF, CITD, or IGTR.
