Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the events division, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of high-quality corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Management: Manage logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management for corporate events.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the operations team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections, assess venues, and ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization.
  • Risk Management: Handle risk management and contingency planning for seamless event delivery.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in events leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the events industry, event management best practices, and vendor management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
