Financial Planning Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

The successful candidate will serve as an individual contributor in the Business Finance domain. Key responsibilities include performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, collaborating with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making, developing and presenting financial reports and dashboards to senior management, identifying financial trends and providing recommendations for improvement, and supporting strategic financial planning initiatives.

Budgeting and forecasting - revenue & margin, cost management to improve margins, KPIs tracking, business support (including pricing), and review of contractual agreements are essential aspects of this role.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess a CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance or Financial Planning, 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry, demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, good communication skills, stakeholder management, analytical skills, medium to high level Excel proficiency, problem-solving & ownership qualities, presentation skills, proficiency in financial software and tools, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
