Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team and contribute to the development of financial applications.

  • As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and BDD Cucumber.
  • You will write clean, scalable test scripts in JavaScript, applying Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for payment applications involving Wires, SWIFT or SEPA payment schemes.
  • Analyse test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and execute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, BDD Cucumber, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts and their application in test automation.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git Bitbucket).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
