Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in Python development and automation testing.
- This is a contract-to-hire position for a professional with at least 7+ years of experience in development and automation testing, along with hands-on experience with Python.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in tools like pytest and Selenium.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (experience with Helios and GitHub Actions is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (experience with Helios and GitHub Actions is a plus).
Requirements:
- Python Development: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python.
- GenAI Tools: Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and at least 1 year of experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities (e.g., using OpenAI APIs).
- Automation Testing Frameworks: Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (experience with Helios and GitHub Actions is a plus).
- Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
