Australian Voice Process Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our Australian voice operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Conduct accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement (including end customers, Field teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Ensure 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
  • Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
  • Order Management knowledge is preferable.
