Job Title: UCCE Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Solutions Support: Utilize expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions as well as 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Cisco Interaction Management/Contact Control Platform Fundamentals: Possess a solid understanding of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, and CUIC concepts including basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • MACD Creation in Cisco UCCE/IPT Platforms: Proficient in creating MACDs (Media Access Control Devices) within Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • VOIP Protocols Knowledge: Have a clear comprehension of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, with awareness of ITIL processes.
  • Cisco Voice Network Deployment Models: Understand the functioning of voice network devices and possess knowledge on various deployment models for Cisco Voice networks.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools: Familiarity with VOIP and performance management tools, along with integration experience with other tools.
  • Telcom Infrastructure Protocols: Clear understanding of telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • 24/7 Business Support Environment: Be prepared to work in a dynamic 24/7 business support environment.
  • Cisco Voice Platform Experience: Should have hands-on experience with Cisco Voice platforms.
  • CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP Platforms: Prior work experience on CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, and CVP platforms is essential.
Requirements
  • Cisco Certified Expertise: Must possess expert level certification in Cisco technologies.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Develop strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are required.
  • Knowledge Management: Familiarity with knowledge management systems and documentation best practices.
