Job Title: Associate - HNI & Individual Giving Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from high-value donors, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to create impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with leadership and project teams to deliver the fundraising goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
