Job Title: Financial Services Professional

We are seeking an Articled Assistant to join our team in providing advisory services to companies across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and complete accounting records using TallyPrime for each client.
  2. Prepare management reports for clients, ensuring timely finalization of accounts.
  3. Compute income tax liability and prepare/filing income tax returns for clients.
  4. Calculate TDS liability and prepare/filing TDS returns.
  5. Register GST, compute liability, and file GST returns for clients.
  6. Support research efforts for M&A and fund-raise projects.
  7. Develop financial models, investment teasers, and memorandums for clients.
  8. Maintain secretarial records and assist with ROC filings.
  9. Provide advisory services on FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and GST to clients.

Requirements:

  • CA Intermediate passed in both groups.
  • Candidates who have completed articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer can apply.
  • Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
