Job Requirements and Skills
To lead our high-end interior design projects, we're seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated, bespoke environments that reflect our luxury standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing luxury interior design projects, a deep understanding of design principles, and excellent organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools is essential, as is the ability to travel as required for project needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-end interior design projects, including experiential ateliers, new facilities, and international flagship stores.
- Create bespoke layouts for events, exhibitions, and trade shows, ensuring each design aligns with our luxury aesthetic.
- Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring internal projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute designs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including HNI/UHNI, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay current with global design trends, particularly in the luxury sector, and incorporate these into design concepts.
Requirements
We're seeking a Post Graduate in Interior Designing with a minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury/high-end residential projects.
This position is based in Jaipur, with occasional travel required, and offers an exciting opportunity to design high-profile interior spaces and events at both national and international levels.
