IVR Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled IVR Tester to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience with testing software applications within the healthcare industry.

  • Create, execute and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to ensure defect-free products.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test planning, including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy and Test Summary reports.
  • Manual and automated testing.
  • Defect workflow and Agile methodology.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including creating test plans, tracking defects, and reporting status.
  • Experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI and cognitive solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text to Speech, Speech to Text.
  • Experience working in SAFe / Agile.
  • Understanding of Rally for project and test management.
