About the Role

ExxonMobil is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and improving Mechanical Integrity work processes for fixed equipment, including pressure vessels, tanks, relief devices, and piping.

Key responsibilities will include thickness inspection management, corrosion analysis, and integrity assessment activities, such as FFS, rerates, temporary repair, and flexibility analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, chemical, materials, or petroleum engineering, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, or LNG industries.

Excellent knowledge of industry standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria is required, including ASME Code Section VIII, Divisions 1 and 2, API 510, API 650, API 620, API 653, and API 660.

The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with service providers and business affiliates to ensure reliable operations and implement risk-based inspection plans.
