We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to provide Human Resources support services with high effectiveness and efficiency. The specialist will be responsible for performing administrative, transactional, and data management activities.

Key responsibilities include processing workflows, managing Workday reports, and expert-level knowledge of Workday and Service Now.

  • 6-8 years of working experience in US and Europe HRO Verticals
  • Expert-level Knowledge of Workday and Service Now
  • Experience in Hire to retire HR transactions EDM, HR Admin, EE Life cycle events
  • Good to have Workday reporting experience involving data hygiene
  • Thorough Knowledge of processing Promotions, Personal data changes, Separation, cost center changes, transfers, compensation changes in Workday modules
  • Expert in Workday Inbox / filters management
  • Knowledge of sandbox for workday testing
  • Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly reports
  • Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and resolution skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organizational skills
  • Ability to coach the team in a time of need
  • Experience in handling pilot transition will be a good value addition
  • Ability to deliver effective training sessions
  • Ability to lead by example

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and security of employee data. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement effective data management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process employee data, including HR transactions and lifecycle events
  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure data security and integrity
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement data management systems and tools
  • Provide training and support to employees on data management best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in data management, IT, or related field
  • Expert-level knowledge of Workday and Service Now
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
