We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads specialist to manage ad campaigns for clients in the Health & Wellness and Local Service industries.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Conduct audience research, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creatives.
  • Set up A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages).
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize for best results.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (bonus).
