Job Title: Micros Xstore Consultant

About This Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. They will review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, analyze solutions defined for client business problems to identify potential risks and issues, and propose a structured approach to client change management using multiple communication mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze solutions proposed for client business problems.
  • Propose structured approaches to client change management.
  • Provide coaching, create a vision for the team, subject matter training, motivate and inspire team members through effective feedback and recognition.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years experience in Development and maintenance of XStore application using appropriate technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.
  • Collaborate with technical team and business stakeholders to define system architecture, identify integration points, and design scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work on XStore upgrade projects, implement new features and functionalities within the XStore system based on business requirements, integrate the XStore application with various third-party systems.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, bug fixing, and support for the XStore application, troubleshoot issues reported by users or other team members, and provide timely resolutions.
