Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative fashion designer to create high-quality designs for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new collections from concept to final sample in collaboration with the head designer.
  • Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and colors to inform design direction.
  • Create design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings that meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure timely execution and maintain quality control.
  • Support fittings and make necessary alterations or design adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare spec sheets, measurement charts, and maintain accurate design archives.
  • Ensure designs align with brand aesthetic and quality standards throughout the sampling and production process.
  • Provide creative input and fresh ideas for upcoming collections while staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage day-to-day studio tasks such as organizing samples, swatches, and lookbooks efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Fashion Design (BFA or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, textiles, and garment construction.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and materials is a plus.
