Job Title: Finance Content Developer

The role of a Content Development Executive involves creating high-quality training content for finance programs designed for clients. The goal is to ensure that the content meets quality standards, industry trends, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing content for Financial & Business Skills programs, including assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Maintaining and updating the repository of created content, as well as the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Reviewing content from team members and freelance developers, and supporting proposal design and creation.
  • Coordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

Product, Client, and Trainer Support:
  • Organizing meetings and delivering 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers to ensure comprehensive understanding of created or reviewed content.
  • Facilitating client support activities by communicating issues to relevant parties within Kaplan MENA.
  • Supporting other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • Certifications such as MBA (finance), CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees.
  • Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
