About the Opportunity

Job Overview: The position of Associate within our organization is a key role in supporting our stakeholders. This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of requests, auditing contracts and pricing changes, and providing solutions to day-to-day requests.

This opportunity requires the ability to work in ambiguous situations, adapt to changing business needs, and possess strong analytical skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing solutions to day-to-day requests and audit cases
  • Understanding pricing hierarchies and coordinating with sales representatives and internal teams for price change requests
  • Validating price change requests and updating new pricing into the system
  • Processing various price change email requests
  • Assessing client-level details and executing price changes into the system

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant work experience, effective communication skills, and expertise in MS Excel and software tools like Oracle and CRM. Familiarity with financial metrics and calculations is also preferred.
