Job Title: Regional Head - Rural Branch Banking

Job Summary:

The Regional Head - Rural Branch Banking is responsible for leading sales for all Branch Banking products across the Rural Branch network. This role includes leading large teams, co-creating Liabilities, Credit Cards and Gold go-to-market strategy, driving cultural alignment, and championing the Customer FIRST value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the Liabilities book to ensure scale and quality.
  • Increase customer engagement and penetration across product lines.
  • Champion Culture and Alignment of team members.
  • Drive digital adoption.
  • Strategize to drive the Rural Liabilities story over the medium term.
  • Hiring and Team Building.
  • Ensure attrition is within permissible limits.
  • Drive process adherence across product lines.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Nurture and grow leaders from within the team. Be the custodian of employee alignment and cascade the bank's vision regularly to the last mile employee.

Qualifications:

Graduate: Any Graduate

Post-Graduate: Any Post-Graduate

Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
